All inquiries route through the studio — exhibitions, acquisitions, blind commissions, press, studio visits, and totem & talisman inquiries. Include the work or context you're reaching out about and Annie will route it.
Most paintings leave the studio after a visit. Collectors fly in for the day, walk the room, sit with the work, often have a meal nearby, and leave with the painting they came for — in checked luggage, in the back of the car, occasionally shipped after. tijo prefers handoff over courier when it's feasible. The studio visit is half of what is being collected.
For collectors who cannot visit: works ship internationally. The studio handles documentation, customs paperwork, certificate of authenticity, and a brief written note on the painting's provenance from tijo himself. Shipping insurance is included.
To arrange a visit or initiate an acquisition, write to studio@tijo.art. Annie Persons, Studio Director, will respond with a portfolio link and the next available studio window.
